Toivolansaari Camping

and from 22st of August untill 31st of August from 10am untill 6pm
Toivolansaari Camping is located in an ideal and peaceful place on an island, surrounded by the clean lake Kyrösjärvi, but still close to the Ikaalinen town center and its services. Because of the location of the campingsite, you can experience the first rays of the of sun as you wake up and end the day with a BBQ as the sun slowly sets into the horizon.
You can escape the scortching hot midday sun in the newly reconditioned reception and cafeteria. From the cafeteria you can buy items such as ice cream, sweets, snacks, lemonade, beer and cider or just spend a enjoyable Saturday evening with some karaoke. The cafeteria is open from 7 am until 10 pm. Outside the cafeteria is a cozy terrace.
Our camping site has 15 different sized and furnished cottages and loft houses, and extensive grass fields for caravans and tents with electricity options. The camping site is equipped with warm and clean sanitary facilities, sauna and cooking facilities. Note: bathrooms and showers are in a separate service building
A lovely sauna, right at the shore, is available for reservation and in the separate parlor with a fireplace you can organize meetings or just spend the evening with your friends. Catering services are also possible. A beautiful scenery opens from the terrace of the sauna, and from the pier you can dive into the lake to cool down at the end of the day.
From our campingsite you will also find a beach volley –field, a minigolf –track, giant trampoline, a bouncing castle and newly constructed playground for children. There is a lit jogging track going through the island, and from the repection you can rent a boat or a canoo. There is also different game equipments up for rent, along with a tennis court, located at only a short walking distance from camping site.
